I have used Kompile a while now and it works well. What is does is to handle ./configure make & install, instead of you doing it manually.

thanks for the tip on using Kompile. I’ve never heard of it, and I often download and install things from source. It seems like it’s going to remove some keystrokes of that process for me. thanks again!
